Clubprojekte zum "Unwetter Sommer 2023" jetzt einreichen

Clubs sind aufgefordert, Projekte einzureichen, die darauf gerichtet sind, den Menschen in den betroffenen Regionen konkrete Hilfestellung zur Bewältigung der Folgen des Unwetters im Juli 2023 zu eröffnen. Im Fokus sollen dabei Privatpersonen bzw. Familien stehen.

Zur Einreichung gelten folgende Rahmenbedingungen:

1. Vorläufig kann pro Club ein Antrag gestellt werden. Bei ausreichender Mittelverfügbarkeit könnten nach einer ersten Phase weitere Projektanträge gestellt werden. Eine Information dazu erfolgt zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt.
2. Die Eigenmittel des Clubs werden mit einem Faktor von 2 durch RPV-Mittel gehebelt.
3. Die maximale Förderung mit RPV-Mitteln beträgt 3.000€ pro Projekteinreichung.  
4. Das Projekt ist auf rotary.at im Clubprojektbereich zu listen: Es muss ausreichend beschrieben werden und sollte nach Möglichkeit auch mit Fotos dokumentiert werden.

Kalkulationsbeispiele:

• Bei Clubeigenmittel in Höhe von 500€ unterstützt der RPV mit 1.000€. Für das Projekt stehen somit gesamt 1.500€ zur Verfügung.
• Bei Clubeigenmittel in Höhe von 1.500€ unterstützt der RPV mit 3.000€. Für das Projekt stehen somit gesamt 4.500€ zur Verfügung.
• Bei Clubeigenmittel in Höhe von 1.500€ + x€ unterstützt der RPV mit 3.000€. Für das Projekt stehen somit gesamt 4.500€ + x€ zur Verfügung.

Prozedere zum Ansuchen um Förderung:

• Ansuchen werden in der Reihenfolge ihres Eintreffens bearbeitet.
• Falls notwendig ist im Verlauf der Zusage eine "Projektdurchführungs- und Erfüllungsgehilfen-Vereinbarung" durch den Club zu unterzeichnen, um den Finanzvorschriften zu entsprechen - das entsprechende Formular wird seitens des RPV zugesendet.
• Projektanträge sind unter https://forms.office.com/e/4VKtxHBcih zu stellen.
• Der RPV wird im Anschluss die Übereinstimmung mit dem Spendenzweck formal prüfen und an den/die Präsident:in des Clubs zurückmelden.

Günter Macher (RC Gleisdorf) wurde als Hauptkoordinator für die Unwetterhilfe eingesetzt. Er steht in Kontakt mit der Distriktleitung und dem RPV.

Submit club projects for the "storm relief summer 2023" now

Clubs are invited to submit projects aimed at providing people in the affected regions with concrete help to cope with the aftermath of the storm in July 2023. The focus should be on private individuals and families.

The following general conditions apply to the submission:

For the time being, one application can be submitted per club. If sufficient funds are available, further project applications could be submitted after an initial phase. Information on this will be provided at a later date.

The club's own funds are leveraged by a factor of 2 with Rotary Österreich Projektverein (RPV) funds.

The maximum funding with RPV funds is €3,000 per project submission.

The project must be adequately described and, if possible, should also be documented with photos.

Calculation examples:

• If the club's own funds amount to €500, the RPV will support you with €1,000. A total of €1,500 is therefore available for the project.
• With club funds of €1,500, the RPV supports with €3,000. A total of €4,500 is therefore available for the project.
• With club funds of €1,500 + x€, the RPV supports with €3,000. A total of €4,500 + x€ is therefore available for the project.

Procedure for applying for funding:

• Applications are processed in the order in which they are received.
• If necessary, a "Project Executor and Agent Agreement" must be signed by the club during the course of the commitment to comply with financial regulations - the appropriate form will be sent by the RPV.
• Project applications are to be submitted at https://forms.office.com/e/4VKtxHBcih (please switch to english language in the form).
• The RPV will then formally check compliance with the purpose of the donation and report back to the president of the club.

Günter Macher (RC Gleisdorf) was appointed as the main coordinator for the storm relief. He is in contact with the district leadership team of District 1910, District Governor 1912 and the RPV.
